Ohrkorrekturen
Im Bereich der Ohrkorrekturen handelt es sich in den meisten Fällen um Ohranlegungen bei abstehenden Ohren. Vor der Operation ist eine genaue Untersuchung des Ohres und der Gehörgänge erforderlich.
Die Schnittführung erfolgt Sichelförmig hinter dem Ohr. Je nach Ausmaß der abstehenden Ohren mehr oder weniger groß.
Nach Herausschneiden des Ohrlappen wir ein Teil der Rückfäche des Ohrknorpels entfernt und die sogenannte Anthelix neu geformt.
Nach Blutstillung und Verschluß der Operationswunde ist ein präzise angelegter Verband in spezieller Technik von entscheidender Bedeutung für das Operartionsergebnis. Dieser Verband sollte für 6-7 Tage getragen werden.
