Nasenkorrekturen
Vor jeder Nasenkorrektur empfehlen wir die Durchführung eines Allergietestes. Darüber hinaus muß gewährleistet sein, dass die Nasenschleimhaut intakt ist und die Nasenatmung gut funktioniert.
Der Zugang zum Operationsgebiet gelingt in den meisten Fällen durch die Nasenschleimhaut, das bedeutet, dass von außen keine Narben zu sehen sind. …Für die erste Zeit nach der Operation gilt zunächst einmal: Ruhe – Ruhe –Ruhe für mindestens 5 Tage Häufigste Gründe für eine gewünschte Nasenkorrektur ist ein sogenannter Knorpelüberschuß (Höckernase) und der Ausgleich bei zu tief liegendem Nasenrücken (Sattelnase).
Der Zugang zum Operationsgebiet gelingt in den meisten Fällen durch die Nasenschleimhaut, das bedeutet, dass von außen keine Narbe zu sehen ist. In seltenen Fällen sind kleine Schnitte außen erforderlich, die aber auf grund feinster Nahttechniken ebenso fast nicht zu sehen sind. Mit sehr feinen Instrumenten werden dann die Weichteile vom Nasenskelett abpräpariert. Anschließen werden dann knöcherne und knorpelige
Nasenhöckeranteile abgetragen. Auch lassen sich auf diese Weise Nasenspitzen korrigieren oder eine Sattelnase wird mit Knochen- und/oder Knorpelsubstanz aufgefüllt. Bei der Behandlung von langen Nasen und auch von Höckernasen müssen die Nasenbeine von der Basis gelöst werden um ein optimales Korrekturergebnis zu erreichen. Nach Abschluß der Operation werden die Operationszugänge mit feinstem Nahtmaterial verschlossen.
Eine Tamponade wird in die Nasenlöcher eingelegt und ein Dachziegelartiger Verband mit einem Spezialpflaster angelegt. Dies dient der Kompression der Nase und schützt vor Schwellung und Blutergüssen. Vorbeugend geben wir ein Antibiotikum für einen Zeitraum von 4-6 Tagen nach der Operation.
Für die erste Zeit nach der Operation gilt zunächst einmal: Ruhe – Ruhe –Ruhe für mindestens 5 Tage. Die Nase ist in dieser Zeit natürlich sehr empfindlich und muß dementsprechend wie ein rohes Ei behandelt werden. Nach 1 Tag werden die Tamponaden entfernt. Nach 6 Tagen sieht der Patient beim ersten Verbandwechsel zum ersten Mal seine neue Nase.
