Fettabsaugung (Liposuction)
Häufig führt eine familiäre Veranlagung zu einer umschriebenen Ansammlung von Fettpolstern. Diese sind einer Diät oder sportlicher Betätigung oft nicht zugänglich. Die Fettverteilung bei Mann und Frau folgt gewissen Gesetzmäßigkeiten: Bei der Frau finden sich häufig Fettpolster an Kinn, Oberarmen, Hüfte, Gesäß, Oberschenkel, Knien und Unterschenkeln. Beim Mann an der Hüfte, Bauch und Kinn. Für diese lokalisierten Problemzonen kommt die sogenannte Liposuction in Frage. (auch Body-Contouring genannt)

Gerade im Bereich der Fettabsaugung sind in den letzten Jahren enorme Fortschritte erzielt worden. Das bezieht sich sowohl auf die Operationstechnik als auch auf das zur Verfügung stehende Operationsistrumentarium. In dieser Kurzinformation wollen wir Ihnen die heute am häufigsten praktizierte Technik vorstellen: die Liposuction in Tumeszenz-Lokalanästesie. Die Bezeichnung der Technik (lat. Tumeszere = anschwellen) beschreibt schon wie die Haut im betroffenen Bereich aussieht. Bei dieser Technik werden in das zu behandelnden Areal mehrere Liter physiologische Kochsalzlösung der man ein Lokalanästhetikum, ein gefäßverengendes Mittel und Bikarbonat (verbessert die Gewebeverträglichkeit) beimischt injiziert. Vor der Operation zeichnet der Operateur am stehenden Patienten an wie viel Fett entfernt werden soll.
Anschließend wird die Tumeszenz Lösung eingespritzt. Nach einer Einwirkzeit, wird dann das Fett mit 1 – 3 mm dicken Kanülen abgesaugt. Pro Sitzung lassen sich auf diese Art und Weise bis 6 Liter Fett absaugen. So schonend und angenehm diese Methode für den Patienten ist so zeitaufwendig kann sie doch bei großen Fettmengen sein. Die Methode eignet sich auch bei älteren Patienten und als angenehmer Nebeneffekt bessert sich eine Cellulite oft erheblich.Die kleinen Einstichstellen müssen nicht vernäht werden sondern werden nur mit einem Pflaster abgedeckt.
Nach der Operation empfehlen wir unseren Patienten 45 min zu gehen um dann 45 min zu ruhen. Dies sollte der Patient öfter wiederholen. Die Ergebnisse nach einer solchen Fettabsaugung sind oft verblüffend.
