Bauchdeckenstraffung (Lifting)
Gerade beim Facelift ist eine überzogene Erwartungshaltung der Patienten nicht von Vorteil. Ein gut gelungenes Facelift zeigt das Gesicht um Jahre verjüngt, frisch und positiv. Wir können jedoch auch mit dem best gelungenen Facelift aus einer 50 jährigen Frau keine 20 jährige machen.
Wir unterscheiden 3 Stufen des Facelifts die je nach Umfang des betroffenen Gesichtsteils und dadurch natürlich abhängig vom Alter des Patienten zur Anwendung kommt. Beim Facelift gibt es eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Techniken. So individuell wie jedes Gesicht ist, so individuell sind auch die zur Anwebdung kommenden Operationstechniken. Im Rahmen dieser Kurzbeschreibung können wir das Thema nur kurz anschneiden. Hier informieren Sie sich umfassend.
Zum Beispiel nach mancher Schwangerschaft, nach großen Gewichtsabnahmen oder auch bei extremen Fettansammlungen fehlt es jedoch an dieser Elastizität. Diese Patienten kommen dann für eine Bauchdeckenplastik in Frage. Plastik hat in diesem Fall nichts mit Kunststoff zu tun, sondern mit der Neumodellierung der Bauchdecke. Dabei werden dann Haut- und Körperfettüberschuß entfernt.
Nach der ausführlichen Aufklärung mindestens 24 h vor der Operation zeichnet der Operateur am stehenden Patienten an, wie viel Haut zwischen Nabel und Schambein entfernt werden soll. Eine solche Bauchdeckenplastik wird grundsätzlich in Vollnarkose operiert. Der Operateur legt einen queren Schnitt im Bereich der Bikinigrenze an. Anschließend wird die Haut zwischen Muskulaturschicht und Unterhautfettgewebe bis zum Rippenbogen präpariert. Der Nabel wird dabei kreisförmig ausgeschnitten um ihn an der ursprünglichen Stelle zu halten.
Nachdem die Bauchhaut nun gelöst ist, kann der Operateur sie nun straff ziehen und den Haut- und Fettüberschuß entfernen. Nicht selten werden dabei Schürzen von bis zu 10 kg entfernt.
Der Bauchnabel wird neu eingenäht. Wegen der relativ großen Wundfläche geben wir vorbeugend ein Antibiotikum für einige Tage. Die Wunde wird vernäht und zuvor ein dünner Drainageschlauch eingelegt. Dieser dünne Schlauch wird am 2. Tag nach der Operation Schmerzfrei entfernt. In der Regel vernähen wir die Haut mit feinstem selbstauflösenden Nahtmaterial. Wir empfehlen Ihnen für etwa drei Tage in der Klinik zu bleiben. Aber auch im Hotel ist für Sie gesorgt.
