Augenlidkorekturen
Wie bei jeder anderen Operation werden unsere Patienten vor der Operation ausführlich über den Eingriff aufgeklärt und müssen die Operationseinverständnis unterschreiben. Wir unterscheiden 3 Stufen des Facelifts die je nach Umfang des betroffenen Gesichtsteils und dadurch natürlich abhängig vom Alter des Patienten zur Anwendung kommt.
Anschließend legt der Operateur die kleinen Schnitte in die natürlichen Hautfältchen des Oberlieders und parralel zum Augenbrauenbogen. Bei der Unterliedkorrektur wird ein kleiner Schnitt unter den Wimpern angelegt. Eine Unterlidkorrektur ist technisch schwieriger als eine Oberlidkorrektur weil der Operateur teilweise mit dem Mikroskop arbeiten muß. Gegebenfalls muß bei der Unterlidkorrektur auch ein Teil des Augenringmuskels am seitlichen Teil der knöchernen Augenhöhle fixiert werden um ein optimales Ergebis zu erreichen. Die überschüssige Haut wird dann entfernt, ebenso Anteile von Unterhautfettgewebe. Nach dieser Straffung wird die Haut dann mit feinstem Nahtmaterial wieder vernäht. Zur Sicherung der Wunde verwenden wir noch zusätzlich ein spezielles Pflaster.
Das Auge selbst wird nicht verklebt und Sie können damit ganz noraml sehen. Nach der Operation sollten die Augen mit Eismanschetten gekühlt werden um das Ausmaß der Weichteilschwellung zu minimieren. In Ihrem Hotel stehen Ihnen diese Eismanschetten selbstverständlich Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung. Ein Klinikaufenthalt ist nicht erforderlich. Der feine Hautfaden wird nach 4-5 Tagen schmerzfrei entfernt. Die sogenannten Hämatome („Blaue Augen“) sind nach diesem Eingriff normal und verschwinden nach 1 Woche bis 10 Tagen.
